The Kormoran Snow 205/60 R16 92H is a passenger-car winter tyre carrying the 3PMSF (three-peak mountain snowflake) marking for certified performance on snow. Kormoran is a Michelin Group brand made in Poland.
V-shaped tread for traction on snow and slush
Numerous tread blocks and a high sipe density create plenty of biting edges where the tyre meets the road. The compound stays soft even in very cold temperatures, so the tyre keeps working on frosty mornings.
Grooves that fight aquaplaning and slushplaning
The number and density of grooves are tuned to clear water and slush quickly from under the tyre. Transverse grooves set at a special angle channel the wet mass away from the contact patch.
Silica compound with lower rolling resistance
The new silica compound reduces rolling resistance to keep fuel consumption in check. On the EU tyre label, the tyre is rated D for fuel efficiency and C for wet grip.
92H rating: up to 630 kg per tyre and 210 km/h
The 205/60 R16 size comes in standard load (SL) form for 16-inch rims. External rolling noise is 72 dB, class B under Regulation (EU) 2020/740.
