The GRAPHITE 56H822 auto-darkening welding helmet shields your eyes and face during arc welding, with a filter that darkens automatically the moment the arc ignites. Shade range DIN 9–13 is set from an external control, and two optical sensors track the arc. Power comes from a solar cell backed by two replaceable AAA Ni-MH batteries.

0.000067 s switching time protects your eyes from flash

Two optical sensors in the GRAPHITE 56H822 detect the arc and switch the filter almost instantly. You work continuously without flipping the helmet up between welds and start exactly on your mark.

DIN 9–13 shade range with sensitivity adjustment

The GRAPHITE 56H822 offers five shade settings across DIN 9–13, matched to your current and welding process. Sensitivity adjustment helps the filter respond to a weaker arc, for example on thinner material.

90 × 35 mm viewing area at just 0.48 kg

The 90 × 35 mm window gives a clear view of the weld pool and its surroundings. At 0.48 kg the helmet stays easy on the neck during long sessions, and the -5 to +55 °C operating range covers unheated workshops.

Solar cell plus replaceable batteries

The GRAPHITE 56H822 runs on a photovoltaic cell supported by 2 × AAA Ni-MH batteries. The batteries are user-replaceable, keeping the helmet in service well beyond their first charge cycle.
