Self-closing hinges and magnetic catch keep the terrace doorway shut after every pass.

The WINDHAGER WH04536 PLUS insect screen door is a hinged frame door up to 100x210 cm for balcony and patio doors. It opens outwards, closes on its own and is assembled on site from the supplied profiles, all of which can be cut down to fit your exact opening.

Magnetic catch on the closing side

Three hinges return the leaf to the closed position on their own, while magnets hold it firmly against the frame. All-round sealing brushes close the gap between leaf and frame.

Fibreglass mesh with 1.5 x 1.2 mm openings

The fabric stops flying and crawling insects without darkening the view outside. It is UV-resistant and washable, so a sponge and water are enough for seasonal upkeep.

Powder-coated aluminium profiles in RAL 7016

The frame uses matt powder-coated anthracite aluminium profiles with sturdy corner connectors. A metal kick plate protects the bottom edge and a full-height handle rail shields the mesh each time the door is opened.

Screw fitting, or a clamping frame without drilling

The kit screws onto the outside of the door frame with the supplied fixings and needs just 16 mm of depth in front of the door. For rented flats or frames that must stay intact, an optional clamping frame is available. Suitable for doors without a rain guard.
