VEKTOR NEW LINE Window Insect Screen Kit up to 200x100 cm, Brown
An aluminium frame you cut to your own window size and assemble with the hardware included.
The VEKTOR NEW LINE window insect screen kit contains everything needed to build a hinged mosquito screen with an outer frame of up to 200 cm in height and 100 cm in width. The profiles are aluminium in brown RAL 8014, with black hardware. Mesh, rubber gasket and screws are all in the box, so only basic hand tools are required.
Frame cut to size, up to 200x100 cm
The six 17x25 mm aluminium profiles are cut to match the actual window opening, and two profile connectors allow taller frames to be joined. One kit therefore covers anything from a small kitchen window to a tall sash up to 100 cm wide.
Four corner reinforcements for a rigid frame
Alongside the four corner joints, the kit adds separate reinforcements that absorb the load of daily opening and closing. The frame keeps its square shape even at the larger sizes.
Hinged screen with hinges, catch and handle
The included hardware is for a hinged installation: two hinges, a snap catch and an inner handle, all in black. The mesh stays accessible for cleaning and the window can be washed without removing the whole frame.
Gasket roller included
The grey mesh is fixed in the profile channel with 6 m of rubber gasket, and the supplied roller presses it in evenly along the full length. Excess mesh is trimmed with a utility knife once the screen is taut.
