VEKTOR UNIVERSAL Window Insect Screen Kit 80x180 cm, White
Aluminium frame you cut to your own window size and assemble on the spot with basic tools.
The VEKTOR UNIVERSAL 80x180 cm window insect screen kit (item 124870) contains everything needed to build one hinged or fixed screen: aluminium profiles, corner joints, mesh, sealing cord and hardware. You trim the profiles to your window opening, while the hinges, snap latch and handle let the screen swing open and lift off for cleaning.
Made to measure from four aluminium profiles
The profiles are cut down to the window opening and joined into a rectangle with the plastic corner pieces. A 1.7 x 2.5 cm section keeps the frame rigid even on taller windows, and the RAL 9016 white finish matches standard PVC joinery.
Mesh held by a rubber cord: replace it without glue
The mesh is pressed into the profile channel with a rubber cord supplied with 30÷35 cm to spare. If the fabric tears you replace only the mesh, leaving the frame intact. An installation roller is included in the kit.
Hinged or fixed mounting, your choice
The two hinges, the snap latch and the handle turn the frame into an outward-opening wing, handy for rooms, bathrooms and attic windows. For a permanent solution the frame screws straight onto the joinery with the self-tapping screws supplied.
