BUGAWAY New Serpol Gel Woodworm Treatment, 400 ml
Ready-to-use permethrin wood preservative applied by brush, roller, spray or injection.
BUGAWAY New Serpol Gel is an insecticidal wood preservative for protecting and restoring timber used indoors. It targets wood-boring beetle larvae and termites, while the thick gel consistency soaks deep into the wood without running off vertical surfaces.
0.35% permethrin for both prevention and cure
An isoparaffinic carrier (73.06%) drives the active substance deep into the timber, reaching larvae inside their galleries. Efficacy is tested to EN 1390, EN 46-1, EN 47, EN 117 and EN 118, and the product holds Bulgarian Ministry of Health authorisation No. 3354-1/29.06.2022.
Brush, roller, spray or injection into drilled holes
For heavily infested timber, drill holes and inject the gel directly, combined with a surface coat. Total intensive treatment must not exceed 252 ml/m²; a second injection is possible within that same dose if absorption is poor.
Furniture, beams and floors indoors
The treatment covers use class 1: interior timber not exposed to weather or wetting. It suits softwood and can be varnished or painted over once dry. Do not use on wood in direct contact with food.
Ready to use: 400 ml covers 2 m²
No dilution is required. Preventive application uses 200 g/m², while restoring already damaged timber calls for 300 ml/m². Wear gloves and protective clothing, and keep animals out of the treated room.
