DURAHOME MS608 Solar Rodent Repeller, 650 sq.m Coverage, IP66
Sonic vibrations against moles, voles and snakes, with no poison and no mains power.
The DURAHOME MS608 solar rodent repeller is pushed into the soil and emits sonic vibrations between 400 Hz and 1000 Hz that drive moles, voles and snakes away from lawns and gardens. It runs on its built-in solar panel and Ni-MH battery, while the IP66-rated ABS housing stays outdoors all season.
Sonic vibrations instead of poison and traps
The repeller works in the 400 Hz–1000 Hz range and sends pulses through the soil that burrowing rodents and snakes avoid. There are no chemicals, baits or moving parts that children and pets could reach.
Up to 650 sq.m covered by one unit
The effective distance is around 50 metres, depending on soil density. For larger or heavily infested plots the manufacturer recommends placing units every 15 metres.
Solar power with round-the-clock operation
The built-in 1.2 V / 200 mAh Ni-MH battery charges from daylight and keeps the unit running through several cloudy days. The cycle is a 3-second pulse followed by a 20-second pause, day and night.
ABS housing with IP66 protection
ABS withstands direct sun and soil moisture, and the protection rating allows the unit to stay outside through rain and watering. Installation needs no tools: press the stake into the ground up to the solar panel.
