SWISSINNO Classic Vole Claw Trap, 18 cm, Galvanised Steel
Scissor mechanism catching from both directions — no poison in your garden.
The SWISSINNO Classic vole claw trap is an 18 cm mechanical scissor trap made of galvanised steel, set vertically into an active vole or field mouse tunnel. It works entirely without poison: a piece of carrot, celery or potato is clamped onto the bait plate. Supplied as one reusable trap.
Catches from both directions in the tunnel
The rodent is caught whichever way it approaches along the run, so there is no need to guess the direction of the tunnel. Two serrated jaws snap shut at the slightest movement of the baited plate.
Vegetable bait plate instead of poison
A piece of carrot, celery or potato clamps onto the metal plate: the scent draws voles and field mice, while moles keep away from it. No rodenticide enters your vegetable beds or borders, so other garden wildlife and the soil stay unaffected.
Galvanised steel for season after season underground
The galvanised metal resists moisture and weather, and the build takes repeated setting and snapping. After emptying, the trap goes straight back to work — several rodents usually share one burrow, so repeat settings are the norm.
Setting into a 10 x 10 cm opening, gloves on
Cut out roughly a 10 x 10 cm square of soil above a straight section of run, clear the loose earth and lower the trap vertically, then cover the opening again. Handle it with gloves and rub the metal with soil to remove human scent, which voles detect immediately. Mark the spot: the jaws close with real force and the trap should not be set where children or pets play.
