Sound repeller for balconies and terraces, running up to 1000 hours on three AA batteries.

The Weitech WK-0021 is an electronic repeller that keeps pigeons, gulls and other birds off balconies, terraces and window ledges. It covers up to 40 m² with a 5 to 6 metre range and works without chemicals, poisons or traps. The 3 x AA 1.5 V batteries are not included.

Sound signals in the 2.0–3.5 kHz range

The tones are audible to people but irritating to pigeons and gulls, pushing them to look for another place to perch or nest. Run the unit during the day, when birds are active, and switch it off at night.

Adjustable sound level to match the area

A control knob lets you match the output to the size of the terrace and the number of birds. A low setting is enough on a small balcony, while persistent pigeons call for more.

IP44 protection for sheltered outdoor use

The housing withstands water splashes, so it can sit on a balcony, under a canopy or beneath the eaves. At 10x7 cm it is easy to place discreetly.

Up to 1000 hours of operation on three AA batteries

Battery power means no socket is needed, so you are free to position it on a ledge or railing. That capacity equals roughly 40 days of continuous use.

Preparing the area for faster results

Clean droppings and debris off the surfaces first, as they draw birds back to the spot. Full results take two to four weeks of continuous use, and adding reflective strips or a bird-of-prey decoy speeds the process up.
