The OSRAM OSPOBD is a power cable that links an OSRAM solar battery maintainer to your car battery through the OBDII diagnostic port. The 2 m cable works with 12 V vehicle systems and suits cars, campers, classic vehicles and motorcycles that stand parked for longer periods.
OBDII connection for more efficient charging
The OSPOBD plugs into the vehicle's OBDII diagnostic socket, a connection that stays live with the ignition off, unlike many 12 V sockets. Your solar panel keeps the battery topped up without opening the bonnet or using clamps.
2 m length for flexible panel placement
The OSPOBD gives you 2 m of reach to position the solar panel on the windscreen or dashboard where the sun hits best — enough for most cars, campers and trailers.
Compatible with all OSRAM solar maintainers
The OSPOBD works with the OSRAM OSP500, OSP1000 and OSP2000 maintainers. Upgrade to a more powerful panel later and the same cable carries on serving.
