The Hypercharge Compact portable EV charger links a standard Schuko socket to the Type 2 inlet of an electric or plug-in hybrid car. Power is adjustable up to 3.7 kW on a single-phase 230 V supply, with a 5 m cable. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth let you start and monitor charging from a mobile app.
Adjustable power up to 3.7 kW from a Schuko socket
The current level can be lowered where the garage or holiday-home wiring is weaker, and raised when range needs to be topped up quickly. The single-phase 230 V supply means no three-phase feed or wall installation is required.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Tuya app control
The mobile app sets the current and tracks the ongoing session, including starting up during cheaper night hours. Tuya compatibility lets the unit join an existing smart-home setup.
Four-colour LED status and Plug & Charge
Charging status is readable from a distance by indicator colour — ready, active session, finished or fault. Plug & Charge starts the session as soon as the connector is inserted, with no extra confirmation.
RCD type A + 6 mA DC protection and IP55 housing
The integrated residual-current protection monitors both AC and DC leakage, while the protection package covers overvoltage and overheating. IP55 rating with CE and TUV certification allows outdoor use on a driveway, yard or car park.
2.15 kg — light enough to live in the boot
The set with its 5 m cable coils up compactly and stays in the boot as a travel back-up. The IEC 62196-2 Type 2 connector works with electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids using that inlet.
