The BOSCH Professional GSS 20-18 A is a corded orbital sander with a 90 x 183 mm rectangular pad for dry sanding of wood, filler, varnish and metal. Variable speed from 8,000 to 12,000 rpm lets you match the material and finish, while dust extraction captures 83.5% of dust in a detachable bag. Supplied with dust bag and a punch plate for perforating sanding sheets.

Low vibration for long sanding sessions

Vibration emission is 3 m/s² when sanding panel materials, so hands stay comfortable through long shifts. The ergonomic handle has an anti-slip surface that keeps its grip even in dusty conditions.

83.5% dust pick-up with detachable bag

The bag detaches in one move and empties cleanly, without spreading dust around the room. The work area stays visible and the abrasive sheet does not clog with fine filler dust.

Speed control to match the material

Lower settings suit varnish and filler, higher ones handle solid timber. A 2 mm orbit at 16,000 to 24,000 orbits per minute leaves an even surface without swirl marks.

Rectangular pad reaches corners and edges

The 90 x 183 mm format works right up to frames, mouldings and inside corners where round sanders cannot reach. Two clamps hold the sheet, and the supplied punch plate makes the dust extraction holes.
