Baumit PuMa Masonry and Plastering Dry Mortar 25 kg
One bag covers both the brickwork and the base plaster on a repair job.
Baumit PuMa is a lime-cement dry mortar for hand application that meets both M2.5 masonry mortar class to EN 998-2 and GP-CS II plaster class to EN 998-1. The 25 kg bag is mixed with 4–4.5 l of water and works indoors as well as on facades.
Lay bricks and plaster with one material
The mortar bonds clay bricks, concrete blocks and similar units, and the same mix is pulled out as base plaster. There is no need to order and store two separate products on site.
Quick repairs and small areas
The mix is made for repair work: patching walls, reworking an opening, plastering a few square metres. It is applied by hand, with no plastering machine required.
Rustic finish after floating
The 4 mm grain gives a pronounced, rustic texture when the surface is floated well. It can also be left roughly screeded as a base for a finishing coat.
Substrate preparation before plastering
When used as a plaster mortar, the substrate must first be treated with Baumit Spritz 4 or Baumit SuperPrimer. Coverage as plaster is around 16 kg/m² per 1 cm of layer thickness.
