WEBER 201P Cement-Lime Base Coat Render for Interior and Exterior, 25 kg
Grey cement-based mix for rough rendering of brick, concrete and aerated blocks, applied by hand or by machine.
WEBER 201P is a base coat render for full rendering and patch repairs on walls and facades of new and old buildings. It builds a solid, vapour-permeable base for decorative renders and fine fillers, resistant to moisture and weathering.
Adhesion to concrete, brick and aerated blocks
Bond strength to concrete is ≥ 0.14 N/mm² and holds up after weather exposure. The substrate must be clean with even absorbency, and highly absorbent walls should be dampened thoroughly before application.
Machine or hand application from 15 to 30 mm
With a rendering machine the consistency is set through the water flow; by hand the mix is stirred with a paddle mixer and used within 2 hours. Larger irregularities are levelled in two thinner coats, wet on wet.
Vapour-permeable, non-combustible class A1 mix
Water vapour diffusion is rated µ 15/35, so the wall keeps breathing under the finish coat. The cement, fine sand and additive formula reaches compressive strength class CS IV and water absorption class W1.
Application between +5 °C and +25 °C
Freshly applied render must be protected from wind, strong sun and frost for at least 24 hours. The foil-protected paper bag keeps for 12 months in a dry, covered store.
