Seals an active leak in a crack or hole in about a minute, even under running water.
ISOMAT AQUAFIX is an ultra-rapid setting cement powder that instantly stops and seals water leaks in concrete and masonry. It is also used for fast fixing and anchoring. Supplied in a 1 kg pack, grey in colour.
Setting starts the moment water is added
Pot life is roughly 1 minute at +20 °C, so you mix only a small amount right before use. Bring it to a wet-clay consistency, press it into the opening and hold it for about a minute.
Over 10 N/mm² compressive strength after 30 minutes
After one day the value exceeds 20 N/mm² and reaches 30 N/mm² at 28 days. The repaired spot can take load soon after the intervention, which matters for emergencies in water pits, basements and tanks.
For leaks, fast fixing and anchoring
Widen the leak point conically to a depth of 2–3 cm down to a sound, damp and clean substrate. The powder also works as a dusting layer within AQUAMAT waterproofing systems and for quickly fixing dowels and metal elements.
Работs from +5 °C substrate temperature
In warm weather mix with cold water to keep enough working time; in cold weather use warm water. For larger volumes and thicker layers, blend the powder with quartz sand at 1:3 parts by volume.
