A sticky band on the trunk stops crawling pests without insecticides
BROS tree protection glue is a ready-to-use entomological adhesive for the physical control of crawling and flying insects on trees and houseplants. It also lets you make your own insect traps for the home, utility rooms and storage areas.
Physical protection, no insecticides
The glue works mechanically: insects stick to the surface and never reach the crown. It contains no chemical insecticides, so it suits organic gardening as well.
Trunk band against ants, aphids and caterpillars
Apply it to clean, dry bark as a band at least 10–15 cm wide, roughly 20 cm to 1 m above the ground. Work the glue into the bark crevices too, so insects have no way around it. The band traps aphids, caterpillars, beetles, moths and ants on their way up to the crown.
Stays tacky for weeks
The formula does not dry out and withstands changing weather, so one coat keeps working for several weeks. Spread it with a brush, roller or spatula, and close the container tightly after use.
DIY traps for the home and houseplants
Spread the glue on a non-absorbent surface such as a plastic tag or varnished paper, then place the trap wherever insects appear. Around pots it catches fungus gnats, and in living spaces, utility rooms or storage areas it also catches flies, silverfish, spiders and moths.
