IVESTO water-soluble fertilizer for petunias and geraniums is a 0.2 kg granular feed made for flowering balcony plants. It dissolves in water and can be applied at the root or as a foliar spray.
Start feeding 7 to 14 days before flowering
Feeding continues throughout the flowering period. Moisten the soil first and apply during the cooler hours of the day, removing spent blooms as you go.
Dose 3 g per 1 litre of water for foliar feeding
For root feeding, dissolve 3 to 5 g in 1 litre of water and pour it at the base of the plant. The 200 g pack covers repeated waterings of balcony boxes through the season.
Brighter blooms and more disease-resistant plants
The manufacturer cites sustained growth as the result of regular feeding. Use it when the plants actually need it, keep to the recommended dose and never apply it to wilted plants.
