IVESTO Liquid Fertilizer for Balcony Plants is a 250 ml concentrate for geraniums, petunias, surfinias and other potted flowers on balconies and terraces. It goes in with the watering water, and regular feeding keeps the number of blooms up and extends flowering. Sold at Praktiker under code 470367.
Concentrate diluted straight into the watering water
You measure the dose given on the label and apply it while watering, with no need to spray the foliage. Stick to the recommended dose and you avoid burning the roots of container flowers.
Balanced feeding without frequent repotting
Nutrients reach the roots already dissolved and support deep flower colour and sturdy stems. The manufacturer also cites better disease resistance with regular feeding.
Feed in the morning or evening, on pre-moistened soil
Apply the solution during the cooler hours of the day, once the compost in the pot is already damp. Wilted plants should not be fed: revive them with plain water first.
