The INTERMATEX TANIT BLUE mosaic measures 28.2 x 24.9 cm, is 7 mm thick and is made from glazed porcelain in Spain. It is intended for indoor walls and floors with medium to low traffic, including wet areas such as bathrooms.
Reactive crackle glaze finish
The blue tone comes from reactive glazes, so the finished surface differs slightly from the sample and from sheet to sheet. That variation is what gives the finished wall its lively, handmade look, typical of the TECH collection.
7 mm glazed porcelain for bathrooms and wet areas
The body is glazed porcelain, approved by the manufacturer for medium to low traffic floors such as a bathroom floor. The slim profile makes bonding onto a levelled substrate easier and keeps transitions to adjacent finishes low.
A box of 10 sheets covers 0.702 m²
Each pack weighs 9.55 kg, which makes it easy to calculate quantities for a shower niche, kitchen splashback or accent band. Add the usual allowance for cuts at corners and around fittings.
