The INTERMATEX Safari Elephant mosaic is a Spanish-made wall decor supplied on 30x30 cm mesh sheets. The elongated tesserae are pre-mounted, so whole sheets go up quickly and can be trimmed simply by cutting the mesh between rows. The grey palette pairs naturally with large-format tiles in bathrooms, kitchen splashbacks, niches and columns.

Mesh backing for fast, sheet-by-sheet installation

The tesserae are fixed to a mesh with the joint spacing already set, so grout lines stay even without extra alignment. Sheets are bedded in standard tile adhesive and grouted like any wall covering.

Mixed materials that play with light

The Safari collection combines glass, stone and ceramic pieces with both glossy and matt faces. Reflections shift with the lighting, giving the wall a depth that a uniform tile cannot deliver.
