MODULO CROMA IVORY wall cladding is a cement-based decorative stone in a soft ivory tone, approved for both indoor and outdoor installation. Each box holds 20 slips and covers 0.76 m² of wall. The slips bond to a flat, dry, dust-free surface with cement-based adhesive; for exterior work the maker specifies MODULO Colle Extra Flex.
One design for interior walls and façades
Rated for both interior and exterior use, the cladding lets a living-room feature wall continue onto the terrace or a garden wall in exactly the same finish. The substrate must be protected from moisture, and on plinths or garden walls the maker recommends waterproofing and drainage so that rising damp never reaches the slips.
Non-combustible cement body, Euroclass A1
The slips are made of cement and fall into the top reaction-to-fire class under NF EN 13501-1. When cladding a fireplace surround, the substrate surface must stay below 70 °C and a heat-resistant adhesive should be used.
Planning quantities at 0.76 m² per box
Each box contains 20 slips measuring 38 x 10 cm, with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.8 cm. Allow 3.8 kg of MODULO Extra Flex adhesive per box, while one can of protective spray covers 12 boxes. The maker advises buying the full quantity for the job at once and mixing slips from several boxes as you work, for an even tone across the wall.
Cutting and grouting with standard site tools
Exterior/interior slips are trimmed with an angle grinder and a diamond blade. Joints are filled roughly 24 hours after installation using MODULO grout and a grouting bag, with excess wiped away with a damp cloth while still fresh. Clean only with pH-neutral products, avoiding abrasives and pressure washers.
