Single-lever mixer with a ceramic cartridge and aerator that saves water every time you turn it on.
The IDEAL STANDARD Alpha BC814AA basin mixer fits a single tap hole and is controlled by one lever, so temperature and flow are set in a single move. A click-clack pop-up waste is included, and the EasyFix system allows fitting from above the basin. The SmartShine chrome surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and keeps its gloss in daily bathroom use.
3.8 l/min flow — less water and lower hot-water costs
The aerator on the IDEAL STANDARD Alpha blends air into the water for a soft, full stream at 3.8 l/min (at 3 bar). It is ample for washing hands, shaving and rinsing the basin, while keeping hot-water consumption down.
Ceramic cartridge with hot-water limiter
The lever of the Alpha BC814AA runs on a ceramic cartridge for smooth action and drip-free shut-off. A built-in temperature limiter keeps hot water within a safe range — useful in homes with children.
EasyFix single-hole fitting with click-clack waste included
The EasyFix system on the IDEAL STANDARD Alpha tightens quickly in a standard Ø35 mm tap hole, with two 3/8" connections for flexible hoses. The included click-clack waste opens and closes the basin with a simple press.
Solid brass body with SmartShine chrome finish
The Alpha BC814AA body is brass with a glossy SmartShine chrome finish that resists limescale and fingerprints. Compact 50×155×136 mm dimensions and a 115 mm spout projection suit standard bathroom basins.
