CHAMPION COLOR Copper Grease Spray is a 400 ml aerosol anti-seize lubricant for bolts and threads working from -30 °C up to +1200 °C. The copper spray prevents seizing, contamination and corrosion on parts exposed to extreme heat and weather, and is used when fitting or removing bearings, couplings, steel cables and brake components.
Heat resistance up to +1200 °C for hot assemblies
CHAMPION COLOR copper grease keeps lubricating from -30 °C all the way to +1200 °C. That covers the hottest spots on a vehicle — exhaust joints, flanges and brake hardware — where ordinary grease simply burns off.
Easy disassembly without seized bolts
The copper film left by CHAMPION COLOR sits between the threads and stops corrosion from welding them together. The next service goes faster — the bolt turns with a hand tool instead of being cut off.
Aerosol application for hard-to-reach points
The aerosol nozzle directs the copper lubricant onto threads, studs and slide pins a brush cannot reach. Shake before use and apply a thin coat to a clean surface.
