The WD-40 Specialist Fast Release Penetrant 400 ml is a fast-acting penetrating lubricant made for corroded and rusted joints. It creeps into tight, seized surfaces and cuts the effort needed to break a fixing loose. Rated for use from -20 °C to +90 °C.

The low-viscosity formula travels along threads and into the tight gaps of a stuck fixing. It loosens immobile or rusted parts before you resort to heat or a cutting disc.
