An adhesive lubricating film that stays put under high loads, impacts and vibration.
WÜRTH HHS 2000 is a semi-synthetic adhesive lubricating oil in a 500 ml aerosol can, made for assemblies working under high pressure. It sprays on like a liquid, creeps into tight clearances and thickens as the solvent evaporates, so it stays exactly where you applied it. Typical uses include hinges, joints, locks, gears, Bowden cables, shift and clutch linkages.
Pressure-resistant lubricating film
HHS 2000 builds a film with high tear resistance that holds up under pressure and shear movement. Opposing metal surfaces stay separated, keeping wear low even under impacts and vibration.
Capillary action reaches hidden spots
Thanks to its creeping properties, HHS 2000 penetrates narrow bores, cables and joints. You can lubricate without dismantling the assembly, which saves time during on-site maintenance.
Stops squeaks and protects against corrosion
HHS 2000 silences friction noise and dampens vibration in hinges, levers and guides. The lubricant leaves a corrosion-protective layer and resists water, weak alkalis and weak acids.
Compatible with plastics, seals and painted surfaces
HHS 2000 is resin-free, silicone-free and acid-free, and works with O-rings, X-rings, plastic, metal and painted parts. That makes it usable where ordinary grease or oil could attack seals.
Spray from 20–25 cm for an even layer
Shake the can well and clean the surface from dirt and old grease before use. Spray HHS 2000 evenly from 20 to 25 cm; the supplied extension tube helps reach hidden lubrication points.
