Universal silicone sealant with excellent adhesion for wet and dry rooms.
PATTEX Universal Silicone Transparent is a 280 ml silicone sealant for both indoor and outdoor use. It forms a durable, flexible and waterproof bond on most building materials, even in humid areas. Use it to seal joints in the bathroom and kitchen, and around door and window frames.
Excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic and aluminium
PATTEX Universal Silicone bonds firmly to glass, porcelain, ceramic tiles, anodised aluminium and rigid PVC. One sealant therefore covers most jobs around the home. It is not recommended for porous materials such as natural stone and concrete.
Waterproof and mould-resistant for bathroom and kitchen
The sealant is waterproof and resistant to mould and mildew, making it ideal for damp spaces. It creates a flexible bond that lasts in bathroom and kitchen joints. Outdoors it also withstands UV rays, weathering and ageing.
Innovative auto-opening pack, no cutting needed
The PATTEX cartridge loads straight into the gun and opens automatically — no tip cutting required. A resealing cap allows reuse for up to 4–6 weeks after opening. The cardboard body is recycled and recyclable.
Easy application and smoothing
Cut the nozzle tip at an angle to match the joint width and apply the sealant firmly into the gap. A skin forms in about 15 minutes. Smooth it easily with a damp spatula and clean tools with white spirit before it fully cures.
