TKK CLASSIC sanitary silicone is a transparent acetic sealant in a 280 ml cartridge for permanently elastic sealing of smooth, non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, ceramics and aluminium. It prevents mould formation, making it ideal for joints around sinks, bathtubs and shower enclosures. Rated from -40 °C to +150 °C, it suits both indoor and outdoor use.
Anti-mould protection for hygienic joints
TKK CLASSIC silicone prevents mould from forming on joints exposed to moisture. That makes it ideal for sealing around sinks, bathtubs and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, where the joints stay clean and fresh for longer.
Excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics and aluminium
TKK CLASSIC silicone bonds excellently to most silicate materials — aluminium, ceramics, glass, glazed surfaces, clinker and porcelain. It is suited to sealing less stressed joints, to glazing and to installing copelite glass.
Permanently elastic and weather resistant
The TKK CLASSIC sealant stays permanently elastic and does not slump in vertical joints. It withstands a broad range of chemicals, weathering, UV light and ageing, while its -40 °C to +150 °C temperature resistance allows both indoor and outdoor use.
