Akfix P645 is a single-component polyurethane sealant-adhesive in black, in a 310 ml cartridge, that combines sealing and bonding in one product. It cures with atmospheric humidity and stays permanently flexible, so it absorbs vibration and joint movement. It suits both automotive and construction joints.
High modulus with strong grip on many materials
Akfix P645 is a high-modulus sealant with excellent adhesion to sheet metal, aluminium, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastics. That makes it handy for car repairs and construction assemblies where different surfaces meet.
Permanently flexible and non-sag
The Akfix P645 sealant stays permanently flexible and withstands atmospheric humidity, so the joint does not crack as it moves. Its excellent thixotropy prevents sagging, making vertical and overhead joints easier to fill.
Easy gun application and paintable finish
Akfix P645 applies easily with a cartridge gun and smooths effortlessly for a clean bead. Once cured it can be painted over, and the surface stays non-tacky so it does not collect dust and dirt.
