The TYTAN PROFESSIONAL X-TREME transparent fibre roof sealant in a 280 ml cartridge is made for immediate repair and sealing of roofs, gutters, pipes, chimneys and terraces. Reinforced with elastic polymer fibres, it forms a plastic-elastic bond with strong watertightness and reliable adhesion. Its standout advantage: it can be applied on wet surfaces, in rain or snow and even in freezing conditions.
Apply in rain, snow and even underwater
The TYTAN PROFESSIONAL X-TREME sealant bonds even on damp substrates, during rainfall and in standing water — exactly when a leak has to be stopped now. That makes it a go-to for emergency repairs without waiting for the roof to dry.
Polymer fibres for up to 450% flexibility
Reinforcement with elastic polymer fibres gives TYTAN X-TREME exceptional stretch and watertightness even as the structure moves. The bond absorbs expansion and contraction without cracking.
Works in sub-zero temperatures down to -10°C
TYTAN X-TREME can be applied in the cold down to -10°C, while the cured joint withstands -20°C to +90°C. Winter no longer stops repairs, and the seal stays reliable through summer roof heat.
Versatile use across the roof and beyond
With TYTAN X-TREME you seal gutters, sheet metal, cracks and gaps on roofs, chimneys and terraces, while the transparent finish stays discreet. It bonds wood, glass, concrete, metal and many plastics, but is not suitable for PE, PP or polystyrene.
High resistance to ageing and weathering
The rubber base of TYTAN X-TREME keeps its elasticity over time and stands up to UV and weathering. The seal stays sound year after year outdoors.
