CERESIT CS 27 is a 280 ml polymer-and-bitumen based sealant for sealing and repairing roofs, gutters, chimneys, holes and cracks. It bonds strongly to bitumen, insulation boards, plastics and concrete, even at low temperatures and on damp surfaces. The cartridge fits a standard caulking gun and the sealant stays flexible after it cures.

Emergency repairs even in the rain

CERESIT CS 27 lets you seal roof leaks and joints even when the surface is wet, which makes it ideal for quick emergency fixes without waiting for dry weather. On damp surfaces it is worth testing the bond strength first.

Thixotropic formula that won't drip or run

The thixotropic formula of CERESIT CS 27 does not drip or run, making work on vertical and sloped surfaces such as roofs and walls far easier. Press the material firmly into the joint and smooth it with a wet spatula. The cartridge holds 280 ml.
