BOSTIK Acryl Wet on Wet is a premium acrylic sealant based on a water-borne acrylic dispersion, made for interior connection joints, cracks and gaps. It is designed to be overpainted wet-on-wet shortly after application with water- and solvent-based paints, cutting down renovation time. It suits joints between walls, ceilings, skirting boards, window sills, wooden and metal frames, concrete and masonry, plus filling of cracks, nail and screw holes.
Wet-on-wet painting with no waiting
BOSTIK Acryl Wet on Wet can be painted soon after application and, on narrow joints, directly wet-on-wet with water- and solvent-based paints. Skin forms in about 2 minutes, so sealing and painting happen in one working day.
Strong adhesion even on slightly damp surfaces
The acrylic sealant bonds without primer to most substrates — plaster, render, stone, concrete, wood and metal. It also grips slightly damp yet sound, dust-free surfaces, which is handy for on-site repairs.
Permanently flexible joint with minimal shrinkage
The BOSTIK Acryl Wet on Wet joint stays permanently flexible and absorbs movement of adjacent materials, with elongation at break of 132%. Low shrinkage reduces the risk of paint cracking and crazing in the coating.

The sealant is solvent-free and virtually odourless, and its EMICODE EC1 Plus rating means very low emissions — friendly even for people sensitive to construction chemicals. It tools easily and cleans up with water right after use.
