The Bosch Professional GBG 60-20 is a double-wheeled bench grinder with two Ø200 mm wheels, made for demanding workshop use. Its 600 W motor handles heavy deburring, shaping and tool sharpening with ease. Two wheels with different grit ratings (24 and 60) let you switch between coarse and fine work without changing a disc.
Maintenance-free 600 W induction motor
The 600 W motor on the Bosch GBG 60-20 tackles the toughest grinding and sharpening tasks in industrial conditions. Its brushless induction drive means less maintenance and a long service life under heavy daily use.
Two Ø200 mm wheels for coarse and fine work
The GBG 60-20 ships with two grinding wheels of different grit (24 and 60), so rough stock removal and fine sharpening happen on one machine. The wheel bore is 32 mm and the maximum wheel diameter is 200 mm.
Die-cast aluminium housing and solid base
The die-cast aluminium housing with encapsulated ball bearings keeps the motor dust-free and extends its life. A solid base holds the grinder steady on the bench for smooth, low-vibration running at 3600 rpm.
Tool-free adjustable rests and steel guards
The workpiece rests on the GBG 60-20 adjust without any tools, speeding up setup before you start. Steel protective guards and spark shields keep the operator protected while grinding.
