Double-bit key lock and steel body designed to be built into the wall.
The BURG-WÄCHTER PointSafe PW 1 S is a built-in wall safe secured by a mechanical double-bit key lock. Its 150 x 230 x 100 mm interior holds documents, spare keys, jewellery and small valuables, and two keys are supplied with the safe.
Double-bit lock supplied with two keys
The mechanism needs no batteries and no code, so access stays available during a power cut. Keep the second key somewhere outside the home as a backup.
Built into the wall, hidden from view
The body is set into a recess in the masonry so only the door remains visible and can be covered by a picture or a cabinet. Fixing material is not included and should be chosen to suit the wall.
Steel body with a 7 mm door
The single-walled body is all steel in a black Pantone 7 C finish. The door aperture measures 117 x 219 mm and the safe weighs 6.61 kg, light enough for a one-person installation.
One open compartment, no shelves
The interior is a single open space 100 mm deep, convenient for document folders, jewellery boxes and wallets. This model has no fire protection and is not intended for firearm storage.
