VALBERG FRS 165 KL Mechanical Fire-Resistant Safe with Two Key Locks
LFS 60P fire resistance to EN 15659 for documents, archives and valuables.
The VALBERG FRS 165 KL is a tall mechanical fire-resistant safe for documents, archives and valuables, secured by two independent key locks. Its fire resistance is certified to ECB.S LFS EN 15659, and the 1487 x 546 x 418 mm interior takes full-height binders and files.
Certified fire-resistant construction to EN 15659
Body and door are built from two inter-welded walls filled with fire-resistant concrete. The filling keeps the interior temperature within the limits set for paper records during a room fire.
95 mm door with four solid bolts
Locking is spread across all four sides of the door by solid metal bolts, distributing resistance against prying. Two keys are supplied; there is no emergency code override.
Mechanical lock, no power or batteries
The key lock works independently of mains power and needs no battery changes or electronics servicing. It suits rooms accessed by a limited number of authorised keyholders.
Floor anchoring provision
Pre-made holes allow the 390 kg body to be bolted down, preventing removal of the whole unit. Anchoring is standard practice for ground-floor offices and shops.
