VALBERG FRS 120 CH Mechanical Combination and Key Fire-Resistant Safe, 290 kg

The VALBERG FRS 120 CH fire-resistant safe is a 1249 mm floor-standing model for documents, archives, cash and valuables in an office, accounting room or home. It opens with a user-changeable mechanical combination plus a separate key lock supplied with two keys. Fire resistance is certified to ECB.S LFS EN 15659.

Changeable mechanical combination and key lock

Both independent locks must be opened in sequence, and the combination can be reset by the owner when staff changes or the code may have been seen. The mechanical lock needs no batteries or electronics, and two keys are included. No emergency override code is provided.

Fire resistance to ECB.S LFS EN 15659

The body and door are double-walled with a fire-resistant filling that keeps the interior temperature below the critical level for paper documents during a fire. Certification is issued by ECB.S under the European standard for light fire-storage units.

95 mm door and 290 kg mass against removal

The door measures 95 mm thick and the sheer mass makes carrying the safe away a non-option for a single intruder. External dimensions of 711 x 580 x 1249 mm call for measuring both the installation spot and the route in advance.

Interior sized for lever-arch archives

Internal dimensions of 546 x 418 x 1034 mm leave room for several shelves of lever-arch files, document boxes and bulkier valuables. The powder-coated metal finish is easy to maintain and stands up to daily office use.
