The VALBERG FRS 93 CL fireproof safe locks with a mechanical combination and a key, and its body is certified to ECB·S LFS EN 15659 for protecting the contents in a fire. The 786x426x301 mm interior takes folders, documents, electronics and valuables, while the 138 kg weight makes the safe itself hard to carry away.
Mechanical combination plus key: two independent access levels
Opening requires both the combination dial and the key, which rules out casual access to the contents. The combination is factory set and non-changeable, and no emergency code is provided. Two keys are supplied, so one can be kept in a separate location.
Fire resistance certified to ECB·S LFS EN 15659
The walls use a double body with a heat-insulating fill that keeps temperatures out of the interior during a fire. EN 15659 is the standard covering light fire-storage units and addresses the survival of paper documents. It suits archives, deeds, policies and backup data media.
95 mm thick door and powder-coated steel body
The door thickness is the main barrier against forced entry and accounts for much of the 138 kg total weight. The powder-coated finish resists scratching and needs no maintenance when installed in an office or a dry room at home.
786 mm interior height for folders and equipment
The compartment is deep enough for upright A4 lever-arch files, as well as a laptop, camera or cash box. At 972 mm external height the safe fits beside a desk or inside an archive cabinet.
