The DEROMA SAVE R 49 cm window box is a recycled-plastic balcony planter with an integrated water reservoir and drainage holes. It holds 9.5 l of soil across a 49.2 cm length, and the white finish suits both railings and window sills. At 0.6 kg empty, it is easy to reposition once planted.
Water reservoir with drainage holes
The lower section collects surplus water after watering and the plants draw on it gradually through their roots. Drainage holes let any excess escape, protecting roots from standing moisture, so the box also works outdoors in the rain.
Recycled plastic that resists UV and frost
The material is 100% recyclable and holds its colour in direct sun. The box can stay out on the balcony through winter, and its smooth surface wipes clean with a damp cloth before replanting.
49 cm length for railings and sills
The 16.5 cm width fits standard balcony holders, and the 9.5 l volume takes three to four geranium, petunia or herb plants side by side.
