Precise cutting of aerated concrete and brick with a twin-blade system and a 1700 W motor.
The DeWALT DWE399-QS is a professional 1700 W alligator saw with a 430 mm bar for cutting clay bricks, aerated concrete blocks, wood, plastic and insulation materials. Its two blades run in opposite directions for a clean, drift-free cut with reduced vibration. The saw ships with the DT2975 carbide (HM) blade set for aerated concrete.
Twin-blade system for accurate, drift-free cutting
The two blades of the DeWALT DWE399-QS move in opposite directions and pull themselves through the material. The result is a straight, accurate cut without drift or deformation, while vibration stays low for more comfortable work. A reinforced bar keeps the cut on line even in thicker blocks.
1700 W motor for the toughest applications
The durable high-output 1700 W motor of the DeWALT DWE399-QS handles cutting brick and aerated concrete under continuous load. At 3000 strokes per minute at no load, it works quickly through building materials. The gearbox and bearings are sealed against dust for a longer service life.
430 mm bar cuts large blocks in one pass
The long 430 mm bar of the DeWALT DWE399-QS lets you cut wide aerated concrete blocks in a single pass without turning the workpiece. The 40 mm stroke clears material efficiently on every cycle. It suits aerated concrete in strength classes 2, 4 and 6, as well as gypsum.
Ergonomic design for secure two-handed control
The DeWALT DWE399-QS features front and rear rubberised handles for a firm grip and full control while cutting. A blade brake stops the blades in about 0.2 s after the trigger is released for safer handling. A lock-off button prevents accidental starts.
