The Husqvarna Functional gloves with saw protection (art. no 599 65 16-10) come in size 10 and are built for chainsaw, brushcutter and pole saw work. The protective layer on the back meets EN ISO 11393-4:2019 class 0 at a 16 m/s chain speed, and the gloves are also certified to EN 388:2016, category II.
Class 0 protection at 16 m/s chain speed
The insert is a 45/35/20 PET/PP/PE blend, placed on the back of the hand where contact with a moving chain is most likely. EN ISO 11393-4:2019 certification is backed by EN 388:2016 for mechanical risks.
100% goat leather palm for a firm grip
The leather is naturally water-repellent and stays supple during wet work in the forest. An extra patch at the thumb takes the heaviest wear from the saw handle.
Touchscreen-friendly index finger
The index-finger knuckle operates a phone without taking the glove off. The knuckles are neoprene nylon and the back panel is foam-laminated stretch fabric, so the hand closes freely.
Knitted acrylic cuff, no hook and loop
The cuff stretches over the wrist without chafing and with nothing to snag on branches. Seams follow the shape of the hand, easing pressure during long sawing sessions.
