The NEO 97-609-9 cut-resistant gloves in size 9 combine a seamless knitted textile liner with a polyurethane dip across the palm and fingers. Their EN 388 marking of 4X43D sums up the protection on offer when handling glass, sheet metal and small metal parts.

Cut level D under EN ISO 13997

The 4X43D code also covers abrasion 4 and tear 4 on the four-step scale, plus puncture level 3. The protection is knitted into the yarn itself rather than relying on the coating alone.

Polyurethane dip for a sure grip on small parts

The PU dip forms a thin, flexible layer that holds slippery or oily surfaces. It stays thin enough to preserve touch, so screws and small components are easy to pick up.
