The DIADORA Smart Softbox S1PL work shoes in size 45 are a low-cut microfibre model built around the cushioning SOFTBOX construction. The S1PL FO SR ESD rating combines a protective toe cap, a non-metallic anti-penetration insert, fuel-oil resistance and a slip-resistant outsole. The build is entirely metal-free, so it suits metal-detector zones and sensitive electronics areas.

200 J composite toe cap, no metal

The multi-layer composite cap meets the impact requirement of EN ISO 20345 and weighs less than a steel equivalent. The shoes pass through metal detectors without setting them off, a plus in airport logistics and electronics manufacturing.

K-SOLE non-metallic anti-penetration insert

The textile insert covers the whole footbed, including the areas a steel plate leaves exposed. It stays flexible while walking and does not conduct heat or cold.

ESD outsole for electronics work

The PU outsole dissipates static charge from the body and protects boards and modules during assembly and testing. The tread is SR slip-resistant, while FO fuel-oil resistance keeps it intact around oils and solvents in the workshop.

Microfibre upper with SOFTBOX technology

The water-repellent microfibre hugs the foot and wipes clean without stiffening. The 100% polyester lining moves moisture away, while the removable polyester insole with PU foam can be taken out to air or swapped for an orthotic one.

TPU heel reinforcement for a stable step

The rigid TPU element at the rear keeps the heel centred during quick moves over smooth concrete and on stairs. The same part absorbs abrasion from frequent climbing in and out of vehicles.
