The WÜRTH Atlas S1P safety shoe in size 42 is a low-cut suede model with a composite toe cap and a non-metallic penetration-resistant midsole. S1P protection class suits dry working areas with a risk of falling objects and sharp debris underfoot: construction sites, installation work, warehouses and workshops.
Composite toe cap, zero metal up front
The front section absorbs an impact of up to 200 J as required for class S1P, while the composite conducts neither cold nor heat and stays invisible to metal detectors at plant entrances. Overall shoe weight stays lower than with a steel cap.
Non-metallic anti-penetration midsole
The insert covers the full footprint rather than a narrow strip and stays flexible when you walk over uneven ground. Nails, metal shavings and glass on site are stopped before they reach the foot.
Suede upper with a low-cut shape
Suede breathes and sits softer around the foot than smooth leather from the very first day. The low-cut design leaves the ankle free, the preferred choice for indoor and installation work.
S1P class: antistatic build and heel energy absorption
The marking covers a closed heel area, antistatic properties and a sole resistant to oil and fuel. Energy absorption at the rear reduces the load on knees and back when standing and walking on concrete.
