The 3M 4510 disposable protective coverall in size XL is a hooded garment made of polypropylene with a microporous laminate layer. It suits spray painting, sanding, machine maintenance and powder handling, wherever single-use full-body protection is required.
Type 5/6 certification for dust and splashes
The fabric is tested to EN ISO 13982-1 for solid airborne particulates and to EN 13034 for limited liquid chemical contact such as paint mist. Protection against radioactive particulates follows EN 1073-2, class 1.
Microporous laminate that lets air out
A soft spunbond polypropylene layer is combined with a thin polyethylene laminate film. Air escapes from inside the suit while particles stay outside, and the ultra low-linting surface matters in clean areas and paint work.
Two-way zipper with storm flap
The zipper opens from both ends, which speeds up donning and doffing and allows venting during breaks. A storm flap covers the zip line to keep dust out.
Elastic waist, cuffs and ankles
Elastic cuffs and ankles sit close to gloves and footwear, reducing the openings where dust can enter. The two-panel hood follows head movement when a respirator is worn.
Anti-static treatment for powder handling
Treatment to EN 1149-1 and EN 1149-5 limits static build-up on the garment surface. This makes the coverall a common choice for fine powders, coating work and powder transfer tasks.
