Hot water the moment you open the tap, with no storage tank taking up kitchen space.
The TESY IWH 35 X02 KIH instantaneous water heater warms the water as it flows and mounts above the kitchen sink together with the supplied ceramic faucet. At 20 x 13 x 7.6 cm it fits compact kitchens, offices and holiday homes. It is a non-pressurised (open outlet) unit, so no water pressure builds up inside the body.
3.5 kW heats water on demand
There is no tank to heat up and no waiting for the first warm water: the element starts the instant the tap opens. The 3.5 kW rating is the usual level for single-phase kitchen units and covers washing up and hand washing.
Ceramic cartridge faucet included
The mixer tap with a ceramic cartridge is part of the package and mounts directly onto the unit. A ceramic cartridge copes with limescale far better than rubber seals and keeps maintenance to a minimum.
Energy class A with an XXS load profile
Declared annual electricity consumption is 478 kWh for the XXS profile, which corresponds to small hot-water draws: dishes, glasses, hands. Water is heated only while it runs, with no standby losses from a tank.
Over-sink installation in tight spaces
Mounting above the sink leaves the cabinet below free for storage. The open-outlet design simplifies plumbing, as no pressure relief valve is required.
