Hot water on demand from a slim unit just 10.6 cm deep, with no storage tank to keep warm.
The BOSCH TR4001 15/18/21 ESOB tankless water heater heats water the moment you open the tap, serving bathroom and kitchen without a storage cylinder. It runs on a 400 V three-phase supply and is a pressurised unit, so it can feed several outlets. Maximum water temperature is factory-set at 57 °C.
Switchable output: 15, 18 or 21 kW
The installer selects one of three levels to match the cable size and fuse rating in the property. The same appliance therefore covers both a straight replacement and a new, higher-capacity circuit.
Electronic control keeps the temperature steady
The electronic regulator tracks flow and inlet temperature and adjusts power instead of letting the outlet swing when another tap opens. The 57 °C factory limit reduces scalding risk and limescale build-up.
Energy class A and 476 kWh per year
Water is heated only while it flows, with no standby losses from a tank. The declared load profile is S and water-heating efficiency reaches 39%.
App control with the optional WLAN module
The front cover comes off without tools and accepts a wireless dongle, sold separately. Bosch HomeCom Easy then shows consumption and sets the temperature from a phone.
