GRE 30098 shock chlorine granules come in a 1 kg pack for rapid super-chlorination of pool water. The granules are pre-dissolved in water and poured over the pool surface, delivering an instant dose of active chlorine against bacteria, fungi and algae.
Shock chlorination for green water
Use the granules when free chlorine drops sharply, after heavy rain or storms, and during periods of intensive bathing. The granular form dissolves quickly and lifts free chlorine within a single treatment.
Dose in the evening, with no bathers in the pool
Dissolve the required amount in a bucket of water and spread it across the surface at the end of the day, then run the filtration. Check the pH beforehand and never pour the granules directly onto pool liner or painted surfaces.
