The OSRAM TYREseal ESSENTIAL OTS4502ESN tyre sealant is a 450 ml bottle of particle-gel formula built to OE specification as a direct replacement for the car's factory sealant. No tools and no jack are needed, and the tyre is ready to roll within 10 minutes. It works with TPMS valves and pairs with OSRAM inflators as well as most other compressors.
Punctures up to 6 mm sealed on the spot
The particle gel closes the tread opening and holds pressure for up to 200 km — enough to finish the trip or reach a service centre for a replacement tyre. Sidewall damage is outside the scope of this type of repair.
Valve-through application keeps TPMS valves intact
The formula is designed to pass through the valve, so removing the valve core is unnecessary. Tyre-pressure sensors stay in place and keep working after the repair.
Universal bottle that fits the factory kit in the boot
The bottle format (90 x 90 x 190 mm) follows the standard of factory kits, so the storage space in the boot stays the same. It connects to OSRAM TYREinflate compressors and to most other inflators.
Rinses out with water for a permanent repair later
Once the tyre is off, the compound washes out easily so a workshop can carry out a permanent repair. The solution is non-toxic and environmentally friendly when rinsed away.
