The Makita DCL184Z 18V LXT cordless vacuum cleaner is a compact handheld unit for dry cleaning around the home, car and workshop. It runs on Makita LXT 18V batteries and offers three suction speeds to match the mess. It ships as a bare tool — battery and charger are not included.
Three speeds for every mess
The Makita DCL184Z switches between three power levels, so you save charge on light jobs and get full force on stubborn dust. Maximum suction power reaches 38 W. A slide switch changes the mode with one finger while you work.
Light and compact for one-handed cleaning
A weight from 1.8 kg (with battery) makes the Makita DCL184Z easy to use overhead and in tight spots for longer stretches. The compact body slips easily between car seats and along shelves. You hold and control it with one hand.
Runs on Makita LXT 18V batteries
The Makita DCL184Z is part of the LXT 18V system and shares batteries with your other Makita cordless tools. With a BL1830B battery it runs up to 80 minutes in normal mode on one charge. You buy the tool without battery and charger and use your existing LXT packs.
Bagless dust capacity
The Makita DCL184Z holds up to 500 mL with the cloth dust bag and 330 mL with the paper bag. It empties easily for repeated use, without constantly replacing consumables. That is enough capacity for daily tidy-ups and quick spills.
