The NEO Tools Energy+ 18V cordless PP pipe welder runs on a battery and is made for socket-fusion welding of polypropylene pipes in plumbing and heating systems. Working temperature reaches 340 °C and the kit comes with an 18 V 4 Ah battery. It suits professional installers as well as DIY repairs in bathrooms, kitchens and riser lines.

Cordless work in tight, awkward spots
Battery power from the Energy+ 18 V system frees the NEO Tools welder from cables and extension leads — you can weld in a shaft, under a sink or on a floor with no power yet. The compact body travels easily to any point of the installation.

Temperature up to 340 °C, adjustable in 10 °C steps
The 230–340 °C range lets you match the setting to pipe wall thickness and fitting brand. Adjustment in 10 °C steps keeps the joint under control, so the material is neither overheated nor underheated.

LCD display and over-50 °C alert for safer handling
The LCD display shows the current temperature, so you start welding exactly when the tool is ready. The alert above 50 °C reminds you the heating element is still hot before you pack it away or grab it.

Sleeves for 20, 25 and 32 mm pipes included
The three sleeve sizes cover the diameters most used in household water and heating installations. They swap quickly, so you move from riser to branch line without breaking your workflow.

Compatible with the Energy+ 18V system
The welder runs on NEO Tools Energy+ 18 V batteries, so packs you already own in the system work here too. With a 4 Ah battery, run time is 27 minutes of active heating.
