The TKK MS40 White sealant-adhesive is an MS-polymer hybrid for permanently elastic sealing and bonding of masonry, stone, ceramics and wood. It grips even on damp surfaces, and the 300 ml cartridge fits a standard silicone gun. Chemically neutral and odourless, it works equally well indoors and outdoors.
Bonds and seals almost any material
TKK MS40 adheres strongly to concrete, brick, stone, wood, ceramics, aluminium, iron, stainless steel, copper and many plastics. A single cartridge therefore covers most mounting and sealing jobs around the home and on site.
Works even on damp surfaces
MS40 applies well onto moist substrates, making it ideal for joints in rooms prone to mould, around sinks and in kitchens. It does not slump in vertical joints, so the bead stays in place until it cures.
Neutral formula, ready to overpaint
The formula is free of solvents, isocyanates and silicone, chemically neutral and odourless, so it is pleasant to use in closed rooms. Once cured, TKK MS40 can be overpainted with most epoxy, polyurethane and water-based paints and varnishes.
Resistant to UV, ageing and weathering
After curing, TKK MS40 stays permanently elastic and withstands sun, rain and ageing without causing corrosion on metals. Shrinkage during curing stays below 1%, keeping the joint tight and neat.
